As a Graduate/Manufacturing Engineer, develop and maintain manufacturing methods and processes, apply lean and automation principles, improve production through data analytics and Industry 4.0 initiatives, support testing/qualification, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, processes, and operation sequences for parts and assemblies. Coordinate product releases, implement engineering change requests, write test procedures, gather and evaluate test/operational data, apply DFx and lean principles to reduce cost and improve quality, and perform root cause analysis for assembly/test issues.

Support transfer and ramp of optical metrology/testing processes from R&D to pilot and HVM. Create transfer checklists, train production teams, coordinate cross-functional schedules, manage risks and deliverables, and qualify metrology/testing tools at high-volume manufacturing sites.

Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies. Coordinate cross-functional releases, drive lean and continuous improvement, manage tool scheduling and control wafers, evaluate test results, perform root-cause analysis, and lead productivity and quality projects while supporting daily fab performance targets.

Lead and deliver application engineering activities for semiconductor/display equipment: engage customers, run on-site evaluations and demos, define SOW and installation support plans, develop and transfer new application methodologies, optimize system performance, and lead technical reviews while mentoring colleagues.

Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies. Coordinate product releases, apply DFx and lean principles to reduce cost and improve quality, set time standards, recommend tooling, develop and evaluate test procedures, perform root cause analysis and PFMEA, and produce corrective action reports.

Support setup and ramp of BEOL semiconductor manufacturing line: transfer R&D processes to pilot production, design and run experiments, train engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, track schedules and risks, implement instrumentation and produce technical documentation to enable HVM qualification.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems, process non-standard requests, manage order fulfillment from forecast to shipment, maintain booking completeness, communicate shipment and configuration status with manufacturing and account teams, handle customer commitments and source inspections, and escalate booking or revenue issues as needed.

Lead end-to-end process integration to transition advanced photonics and semiconductor technologies from R&D to scalable manufacturing. Define and optimize process flows, run DOE and SPC analyses, analyze optical test data, troubleshoot integration issues, drive root-cause analysis, and support technology transfer and roadmaps. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (lithography, etch, deposition, metrology) to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets.

This role involves providing technical support at customer sites, handling escalations, system installations, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborates with engineering teams and generates documentation for improvements and support plans.
