Provide on-site customer support and system service for semiconductor equipment, develop and optimize plating and other process flows, design and analyze DOEs, perform statistical data analysis, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, and lead small projects while mentoring junior staff.

Serve as a field service engineer installing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Communicate with customers, apply diagnostic techniques, mentor junior engineers, and ensure on-site safety and compliance.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-BU technical programs end-to-end across global sites, ensuring cost, schedule, and shipment targets. Drive cost-reduction initiatives, partner with operations and support functions, develop BU-level plans, manage and mentor managers and cross-functional teams, and make priority-driven resource decisions to maximize business impact.

Design, enhance and integrate ERP and service-parts planning systems to improve demand forecasting, inventory optimization and operational efficiency. Build forecasting and optimization models, enable scenario simulation, drive continuous improvement projects, and partner with business and technology teams to implement advanced analytics and AI solutions for global service supply chain operations.
