Provide expert-level product support for semiconductor mainframes and robot subsystems: troubleshoot escalations, develop service procedures/BKMs/ISBs, train field and customer engineers, support installations/startups, collaborate with design engineering, and ensure spare parts readiness to improve tool performance and stability.

Serve as a field service engineer installing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Communicate with customers, apply diagnostic techniques, mentor junior engineers, and ensure on-site safety and compliance.

Design and define complex subsystems for semiconductor/display equipment. Lead architecture selection, perform detailed engineering analysis, build/qualify prototypes, support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and provide remote/onsite field support across electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, and software domains.

Design, execute and analyze semiconductor and display process experiments (focused on plasma etch). Perform hardware characterization, measure film properties, troubleshoot process issues, generate documentation and specifications, collaborate with vendors and customers, and implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation.

Perform methods engineering including time-and-motion studies, ergonomics evaluations, and manufacturing facility/layout design. Support new product introductions with PLC/ePLC deliverables, set up line-side and floor stock, calculate capacity for materials/people/equipment, implement process improvements, and establish standards and procedures to improve production efficiency and asset utilization.

Lead financial forecasting, ensure data accuracy, manage stakeholder relationships with Operations and FP&A, drive cross-functional finance projects, authorize subgroup transactions, build executive financial models, and lead process integration for local/regional finance initiatives.
