Handle time-sensitive, customer-facing configuration requests and support configuration-related project planning, tracking, and execution.

Manage and coach district customer/install engineers, oversee system installations, account planning, financial forecasting, RMA and escalation procedures, and ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Manage post-release product changes, engineering change control (ECO/PCN), BOM and configuration accuracy, component roadmaps (obsolescence, replacements, cost reduction), vendor and field-service issues, and align intercompany product and spare strategies. Lead moderate teams/projects, facilitate roadmap and market proliferation meetings, and drive product change decisions to minimize customer impact.

Coordinate between customers, product managers, engineering, and manufacturing to translate customer configurations into buildable systems, process NSRs, manage order fulfillment (forecast to shipment), prepare clean booking checklists, communicate shipment status, handle lead-time change requests, and escalate booking or revenue issues.

Provide advanced escalation support for MDP/Metals packaging toolsets: diagnose complex equipment and on-wafer issues, perform root-cause analysis, support FSO repairs, coach field staff, support NPI/DFx, publish technical guidance, and provide on-site Alpha/Beta support.
