The Regional Account Manager (Hyperscale) will manage relationships with key clients in the APAC Data Center Segment, focusing on growth and satisfaction through strategic sales planning and effective communication with stakeholders.

Lead and execute test and commissioning activities for rail signalling projects, including cut-ins, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and preparation of test reports, risk assessments, and technical submissions. Coordinate with customers and project teams, supervise site testing, organize training, and ensure safe migration with minimal operational impact.

Design, develop, test, deploy and operate cloud-hosted digital products using CI/CD, containers and DevSecOps practices. Work in an agile multinational team on data platforms, analytics, site reliability and cloud deployments, collaborating with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software for rail signalling (HMAX). Mentor junior engineers, act as technical lead, supervise external suppliers, ensure compliance and delivery timelines, support presales/tenders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using CI/CD, containerization, databases, and Linux-based tooling.

Design and deliver end-to-end, scalable, secure architectures for asset management and predictive maintenance. Define application, data, platform, and infrastructure strategies (cloud/hybrid), integrate analytics and predictive models, embed cybersecurity, lead technical delivery across design-build-deploy-operate, and ensure governance and stakeholder alignment.

Lead data science efforts for HMAX: define use cases, build and validate ML/DL models (including time-series and predictive maintenance), industrialize and deploy models, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product, domain experts, and software teams to deliver production-ready analytics.

Lead and coordinate digital innovation projects from concept to delivery. Build business cases and financial models, translate requirements into functional specifications, manage budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders and pilots, apply appropriate PM methodologies, monitor KPIs, and drive measurable business outcomes and adoption.

Lead and grow the hardware engineering function for rail signalling projects in APAC. Serve as technical authority for signalling hardware, manage electrical/mechanical/BIM/signalling engineers, deliver compliant designs (schematics, racks, BOMs), support bids and projects, ensure safety and standards compliance (EN/IEC/SIL), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support testing, site activities and project delivery within budget and schedule.

Design, integrate, secure, test, commission and support IT/OT systems across railway environments. Responsibilities include network and infrastructure engineering, OT cybersecurity and risk assessments, supplier design review, testing/commissioning, Level 2/3 support, incident investigation, and lifecycle planning for resilient, maintainable rail control, SCADA, signalling, station, and telecom systems.

The Business Analyst will support the Asia Hub Manager in developing business strategies, track market trends, and enhance organizational alignment, while creating clear communications and analyses for decision-making.
