Lead quote operations and manage tooling and FOB cost data flows. Develop and maintain costing analytics, data pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). Co-lead Databricks analytics capability, support business reviews and margin objectives, drive process improvements, automation, data governance, and embed analytics/AI into costing processes across Product Costing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology.

Manage and grow retail partner accounts across sports and footwear channels in SEA&I. Build and execute account plans, lead assortment and forecast planning, identify new business opportunities, translate performance data into strategies, and partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution and retail excellence.

Provide legal advice on employment law issues across APAC, manage external lawyers, and address legal risks in HR projects.
