Manage Singapore office facilities, supplies, vendors, reception, and equipment; handle budget planning and meeting room scheduling. Provide HR support: onboarding/offboarding, benefits, insurance, work pass applications/renewals, government claims, employee records, payroll submissions (IR8E/IR21), staff engagement, and ad-hoc tasks for the People Team and manager.
