Drive enterprise sales across Thailand by developing territory plans, engaging CIOs and other executives, closing new and existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, and promoting Databricks’ cloud data platform. The role requires strong solution selling, customer relationship management, Salesforce forecasting, and the ability to explain complex cloud technologies in Thai and English.

Lead customer engagements that accelerate adoption and business value from the Databricks platform. Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support, and Product teams to position and sell Forward Deployed Engineering and training services. Identify expansion opportunities, develop commercial models, scope and estimate services, create statements of work, manage customer expectations, and resolve delivery challenges while meeting revenue, bookings, CSAT, and engagement KPIs.

Sell Databricks Data + AI platform to emerging enterprise and commercial accounts across the Philippines/SEA. Develop account strategies, map whitespace, drive consumption-based adoption, co-sell with cloud partners, manage full sales cycle, track deals in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to close and expand accounts.

Support Asia-region payroll processing across Australia, Korea, Japan, and Singapore by validating and reconciling payroll data, conducting audits, resolving employee cases, collaborating with vendors, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, testing, and payroll projects.

Leads complex enterprise customer engagements as a technical authority for Databricks data and AI solutions. Owns architecture, consumption strategy, executive relationships, competitive positioning, migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML platforms. Orchestrates cross-functional teams, mentors solutions architects, drives platform adoption and revenue growth, and contributes to technical thought leadership through workshops and customer-facing content.
