Represent Braze AI at meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows while coordinating pre-sales, post-sales, and technical implementation teams.

Drive new business, renewals and expansion for Braze's customer engagement SaaS in Thailand and Vietnam. Build pipeline, manage field sales with frequent onsite meetings, collaborate with Success/RevOps/Product, analyze product usage to identify growth, and present value to executives while coordinating cross-functional resources for onboarding and feature adoption.

Leads the JAPAC Business Development organization, managing and coaching BDRs, senior BDRs, specialists, and first-line leaders. Owns outbound pipeline growth, quota attainment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, enablement, forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships leaders to improve territory coverage and revenue generation across Asia, ANZ, Gulf, and Japan. The role is based in Singapore or Sydney and requires regional travel.
