Support corporate secretarial team in administering portfolios of Singapore and offshore entities: prepare incorporation and meeting documents, file annual returns with ACRA, liaise with auditors, process statutory changes, perform administrative tasks, and assist process improvements.

Provide full-scope corporate secretarial support for Singapore entities and branches: prepare formation and board documents, file annual returns with ACRA, liaise with auditors, perform client onboarding and due diligence, manage statutory compliance, support minutes transcription, debtor follow-up, and process improvements.
