Lead 3D NAND process integration and roadmap development, driving end-to-end R&D from concept to validation. Use data-driven, AI-assisted and model-based methods to solve integration challenges, define module/process architectures, collaborate across device, test, design and operations teams, and contribute patents and publications while improving processes and yield.

Lead development, qualification, and optimization of wafer-level bonding processes (hybrid, fusion, temporary). Drive yield, reliability, and cost improvements using DOE, FMEA, 8D, and SPC; qualify bonding equipment (EVG, TEL, Disco), introduce materials/spares, support technology transfer and ramp-up, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and establish control plans and risk mitigation frameworks across global sites.

The intern will develop and refine computer vision models, build a web-based interface for workflow tracking, and model a digital twin of the F10 warehouse in FlexSim to improve warehouse operations and data accuracy.

The role involves leading global technical silicon teams, developing technology roadmaps, collaborating on memory technology transitions, and aligning project priorities.
