Roles and Responsibilities
1. Capital Process Governance & Compliance
- Drive governance and compliance for Global Frontend (FE) capital management processes.
- Establish, document and maintain process standards, business rules, controls, and operating procedures.
- Monitor compliance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Define and track critical metrics to measure process effectiveness, governance performance and adoption of standard processes.
- Prepare governance dashboards, compliance reports, and recurring reviews to improve awareness of process health, risks, and improvement opportunities.
2. End-to-End Capital Process Excellence
- Lead continuous improvement of the capital management lifecycle, including forecasting, reporting, gaps resolution, itemization, funding and savings management.
- Support execution of recurring capital planning activities: funding and saving cycles, portfolio reviews, forecasting updates, and management reporting.
- Identify process inefficiencies and standardization opportunities across sites and functions.
- Drive implementation of best practices that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Develop process documentation, fan out materials and user guides to support process adoption and sustainment.
3. Capital Transformation & Digital Enablement
- Develop and implement transformation initiatives that enhance capital planning, governance, data quality and productivity through identification, evaluation and implementation of AI, analytics, automation and digital solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with SMAI and business stakeholders to define requirements and deploy scalable digital solutions.
- Establish success metrics and track business value realization from transformation efforts.
- Supervise adoption, performance, and user feedback for implemented solutions, and drive continuous optimization.
4. Program & Process Improvement
- Lead multi-functional programs to deliver capital process improvements and transformation objectives.
- Manage project governance, milestones, risks, partner engagement, and activities related to adapting processes and procedures.
- Facilitate decision-making through workshops, working sessions, and leadership reviews.
5. Stakeholder Partnership & Business Insights
- Partner with Site Planning leadership, Central Planning leadership, Finance, Procurement and Facilities to drive alignment and execution of capital management processes.
- Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to provide visibility into capital performance, process health and compliance.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business process management, operations excellence, capital planning, manufacturing operations, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, process management methodologies, and compliance controls.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, AI-enabled productivity tools (Copilot, Claude etc), SQL, Python, SAP.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, machine learning, process mining, intelligent workflow solutions, or advanced analytics applications.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and process measurement systems.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and change management.
- Experience working with large datasets, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms.
- Experience working in a global organization with geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a highly matrixed global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Capital Planning, CAPEX Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Excellence, or Business Transformation.
- Experience leading digital transformation, process re-engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience developing business cases and benefit realization plans for digital transformation initiatives.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
