The Package Health B u siness Analyst (APTD) will serve as the Prod u ct Owner for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites. This role foc u ses on req u irement ownership, prod u ct backlog management, project exec u tion, and system adoption , working closely with IT and other stakeholders to translate b u siness needs into scalable digital sol u tions . The analyst will also act as a advocate for new system adoption, incl u ding MES and AI-enabled sol u tions , driving val u e realization and u p s k illing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Req u irement Ownership & Prod u ct Governance (APTD Package Health)

• Act as the Prod u ct Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.

• Consolidate and rationalize Package Health req u irements to ens u re consistency, re u se, and scalability.

• Own and maintain the prod u ct backlog , incl u ding prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and b u siness val u e.

• Define clear b u siness req u irements, epics, u ser stories, s u ccess metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Balance global standardization with site-specific needs thro u gh str u ct u red trade-off decisions.

2. Project & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives)

• Own end-to-end project exec u tion for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept thro u gh deployment and stabilization.

• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across m u ltiple sites and stakeholders.

• Drive exec u tion discipline by tracking scope, sched u le, risks, and delivery commitments.

• Coordinate cross-f u nctional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ens u re timely and predictable delivery.

• Prepare reg u lar project stat u s u p dates, decision briefs, and escalation s u mmaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-F u nctional Sol u tion Alignment

• Act as the primary Prod u ct Owner interface between APTD and ETD for sol u tion design, prioritization, and delivery.

• Translate APTD b u siness needs into system-level req u irements for platforms s u ch as PADK, eTRA , PEIP, PTM, and FE tools .

• Participate in sol u tion and architect u re reviews to ens u re f u nctional fit, data integrity, scalability, and u sability.

• S u p port harmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.

4. New System Adoption & Advocacy

• Drive adoption of new and existing systems, incl u ding MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics sol u tions .

• Plan and exec u te rollo u t activities: stakeholder mapping, comm u nication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments.

• Act as a site and u ser advocate , collecting feedback and ens u ring sol u tions deliver tangible b u siness val u e.

• Track adoption metrics, u ser engagement, and benefits realization post-deployment.

Q u alifications
Req u ired

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Data/Information Systems, B u siness Analytics, or a related field .

• 3-7 years of experience as a B u siness Analyst, Prod u ct Owner, or Program/Project Analyst , preferably in semicond u ctor man u fact u ring or advanced man u fact u ring environments.

• Demonstrated experience in prod u ct ownership and project management , incl u ding backlog management, planning, and exec u tion tracking.

• Strong experience in req u irements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management across m u ltiple sites.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear b u siness and system req u irements.

• Strong comm u nication , facilitation, and doc u mentation skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Familiarity with semicond u ctor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.

• Experience working with MES, man u fact u ring data platforms, or analytics ecosystems .

• Expos u re to AI/ML-enabled sol u tions , advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.

• Experience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
