Coordinates organisation-wide digital transformation initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, adoption and continuous improvement. Engages business units, technical teams and vendors; maintains project schedules, risks and documentation; coordinates UAT, training and user-adoption activities; administers enterprise applications and access reviews; curates digital-learning programmes; and supports IT governance, cybersecurity awareness, audits and reporting.

Supports asset management across multiple sites by developing policies, SOPs, workflows, registers, and digital tracking systems. Coordinates asset lifecycle activities, verification, reconciliation, documentation, storage, inventory organization, and 5S practices. Improves processes and governance while preparing Excel and Power BI reports. Provides basic audiovisual setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events, coordinates vendors for complex AV needs, and supports operational event setup.
