Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, support due diligence and multi‑jurisdictional coordination, work with partners on deal execution, assist client development and knowledge sharing, and explore AI and legal technology to improve efficiency.

Manage pitches and proposals, lead cross-practice, sector-focused BD initiatives, support partners with strategic planning and profile-raising, drive client development, CRM programmes and thought leadership across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
