Lead HR strategy and operations across three divisions and multiple SEA countries. Oversee talent acquisition, development, retention, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, labor cost budgeting, compliance with labor laws, and HR projects. Partner with legal and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and manage a regional HR team.

Lead regional growth of licensed technology portfolio with emphasis on sustainable fuels and oleochemicals. Develop business plans, identify opportunities, manage proposals and contract negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast sales, and support aftermarket and client engagement.

Design and architect end-to-end capability frameworks for Sales and Operations, create assessment and learning journeys, define readiness and transition criteria, enable sales excellence and manager coaching, coach junior staff, and ensure long-term capability health and continuous improvement across regions.
