Manage end-to-end financial operations for the Singapore legal entity: statutory reporting (SFRS/IFRS), tax and GST compliance, FP&A, treasury, internal controls, and stakeholder governance. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators; support budgeting, variance analysis, cashflow, intercompany controls, and risk mitigation to enable strategic decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
