Leads sales strategy and execution for the Exterior segment across Southeast Asia, owning sales, margin, market-share, profitability, and growth targets. Develops market plans, acquires and retains key accounts, analyzes market and competitor trends, identifies new opportunities, and presents strategies to leadership. Coordinates with Design, Marketing, SCM, and R&D while ensuring regulatory compliance, technical quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Requires senior industrial sales experience, strong negotiation and financial skills, technical materials knowledge, and international experience.

Leads APAC sales operations by monitoring KPIs, pipeline and order intake performance; enforcing CRM data discipline; managing dashboards, distributors, key accounts, incentive programs, pricing support, customer governance, claims, contracts, and commercial communications. Owns the regional sales systems landscape and translates strategic growth initiatives into measurable targets and action plans while coordinating cross-functional, cross-cultural performance reviews.
