Lead global Wealth Management Channels technology, driving architecture, product delivery, and engineering culture for multi-channel digital products. Manage large budgets and teams, build secure, scalable systems (iOS/Android/Web), implement DevOps/automation, and ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Supports transfer pricing and US Qualified Intermediary compliance, including documentation, assurance testing, withholding tax reporting, advisory work, audit defense, and regulatory submissions. The role partners with business and operations stakeholders to embed tax requirements into processes, conduct compliance reviews, manage remediation, and address tax authority queries. It also assists with dispute resolution, tax rulings, procedural updates, and related projects.

Produce and automate technology risk metrics, perform deep-dive and thematic analyses, build data models and simulations for risk aggregation, prepare management and regulatory reports, and engage stakeholders to deliver actionable risk intelligence and presentations.

Investigate and assess alerts for potential money mule and money laundering risks, monitor suspicious transactions, prepare and file STRs, liaise with stakeholders, support surveillance projects, provide data and audit support, and mentor team members to meet KPIs.

Monitor, interpret, and process corporate actions across global markets; manage income payments and tax reporting; resolve reconciliations and operational risks; handle stakeholder queries; drive process improvements and system testing; serve as senior escalation point and support team leads.

Lead regional governance, risk oversight and audit coordination for Surveillance Operations. Assess control design and effectiveness, manage regulatory gap analysis, drive remediation, translate findings into standards and training, and liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, Technology and regional teams to ensure timely closure of issues and consistent implementation.

Design and build scalable, metadata-driven data pipelines, frameworks and services for AI/ML use cases. Lead end-to-end SDLC, deliver high-quality backend solutions, manage production support and CI/CD, collaborate with stakeholders, perform POCs, and drive process improvements and automation.
