Lead and grow a regional institutional sales team for DBS Digital Exchange, driving revenue, onboarding institutional clients, managing liquidity and P&L, cross-selling digital asset products (trading, custody, derivatives, security tokens), providing market intelligence, and building a sustainable regional institutional client base.

Design, build, and maintain real-time, secure distributed systems and observability UIs/APIs. Implement CI/CD, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), integrate observability stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Grafana), and apply secure coding and API security standards to ensure reliability, performance, and incident automation. Collaborate in Agile teams and explore AI to improve resiliency.

Work across full SDLC to develop microservices, APIs, RAG/semantic search solutions, vector DBs, CI/CD pipelines, and AI evaluation/guardrails while collaborating with stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end post-trade processes for exchange-traded derivatives including trade capture, reconciliation, funding, lifecycle events, statement delivery and regulatory reporting. Ensure accuracy, timely processing, adherence to SLAs and controls. Support new product/onboarding readiness, system enhancements, audits, process improvements, stakeholder queries, and team coordination.

Lead regional operational risk oversight for IBGO: identify and manage emerging risks, improve RCSA quality, drive incident investigations, implement Gen AI/analytics solutions, prepare risk metrics and forum materials, and coach teams on controls and risk awareness.

Review and validate client onboarding, static data and transaction documentation for wealth management accounts. Manage exceptions, escalate deficiencies, generate reports, meet SLAs, coordinate with KYC/L&C/COO/Front Office, support KPIs, perform UAT as needed, and operate core banking systems for timely account maintenance and openings.
