Leads the Office for Research’s HR and Finance unit, supervising staff and overseeing faculty and research staffing, financial operations, procurement, budgeting, claims, reporting, compliance, and funding processes. Develop Green AI technologies focused on efficient machine learning, large language models, model optimization, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and efficient inference. Conduct experiments, benchmark algorithms, analyze performance, contribute to research publications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research into deployable sustainable computing solutions.

Provides career development services to graduate students, including workshops, counseling, employer engagement, job and internship sourcing, and placement support. Builds partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, alumni, and internal stakeholders across Singapore and international markets. Develops recruitment strategies, manages employer relationships, advises students on sectors and geographies, monitors internship progress, and supports industry projects and visits.

Provides senior procurement and grants administration support across research units. Manages Ariba procurement workflows, grant budgets, financial reporting, virements, and claims. Advises researchers on compliance, funding, fieldwork engagements, and contracting. Develops costing and charging frameworks, conducts benchmarking, coordinates workshops and open houses, and supports stakeholder initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and financial stewardship.

Build and sustain the AI Singapore Data Platform community by attracting users, contributors, researchers, linguists, and partners. Lead outreach campaigns, facilitate data contributions, manage regional partnerships, support online communities, create participation-focused content, represent the platform at events, and track engagement metrics to improve growth and retention. This autonomous, part-time role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, campaign planning, and community-building experience.

Manages AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes, Assurance of Learning reporting, e-assessment implementation, course-outcome alignment, accreditation documentation, data governance, audit readiness, and operational improvement. Coordinates timelines, milestones, deliverables, and visit logistics while collaborating with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders. Analyzes datasets, develops clear reports, supports compliance, and drives continuous improvement across Nanyang Business School’s accreditation and data management activities.
