Provide customer-facing support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Diagnose Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS, performance, database, and reliability issues using observability data. Lead incident response, submit fixes to backend and infrastructure code, build diagnostic tooling, maintain runbooks, and improve recurring failure modes. Participate in an on-call rotation while partnering closely with Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and customers.

Provide technical, developer-focused support for Braintrust's agent observability platform: debug Python/TypeScript code, reproduce and triage bugs, collaborate with Engineering and Product, maintain knowledge base, improve developer experience, contribute fixes and tooling, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor peers.
