Manage recording, analysis, and reconciliation of fixed and intangible assets in SAP. Support month-end and year-end closing, prepare schedules and journals, assist inventory counts, participate in system improvements and UAT, and provide ad-hoc reporting to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Handle customer enquiries, provide empathetic clear advice and solutions, perform post-case administration, and project-manage initiatives and systems/tools across teams to maintain product accessibility and improve outcomes.

Lead end-to-end implementation of a Distribution Management System for an Income Financial Advisory. Act as liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications, ensure successful delivery, manage stakeholders, and apply AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

The role requires assessing third-party risks, reviewing new insurance products, promoting risk culture, and participating in various operational risk projects.
