Design mechanical systems and custom machinery for high-power-density power electronics, from concept through production, installation, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, structural and thermal analysis, packaging, validation testing, GD&T drawings, PLM documentation, supplier collaboration, prototype development, root-cause analysis, cooling-system design, manufacturing support, FMEA, and reliability activities. The role requires close collaboration with electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, and test teams and includes up to 20% international travel.

Supports global supply chain and procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, shipment tracking, inventory planning, and process documentation. Designs and implements digital control algorithms for advanced AC-DC and DC-DC power converters used in solid-state transformers. Responsibilities include modeling, stability analysis, loop compensation, embedded real-time implementation, laboratory debugging, hardware bring-up, validation, fault handling, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, and systems teams.
