Lead and scale Compliance Ops for KYB/KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions, blockchain analytics, QA, escalations, and reporting. Design workflows, controls, tooling, and QA processes; manage and coach analysts and managers; partner cross-functionally to operationalize policy, improve automation, and support audits and regulatory reviews.

Manage end-to-end relationships for institutional APAC clients to drive retention and growth. Build account plans, analyze client data to identify expansion and risk, own cross-sell pipeline, coordinate with Product and Ops to resolve issues, maintain operational frameworks for account coverage, and implement AI-driven workflows to scale client success.
