Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations for Singapore clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, post-implementation support, and rollout. The role involves coordinating cross-functional and regional teams, liaising with client HR stakeholders, solving complex business problems, and supporting delivery across multiple HCM modules. Frequent travel within Singapore and onsite work are required.

Analyze and profile customer, KYC, onboarding, and reference data; design source-to-target mappings; define migration rules and validation criteria; identify data quality issues and anomalies; validate ETL pipelines; perform UAT, mock migration testing, reconciliation, and data verification; prepare technical documentation; and collaborate with business, compliance, governance, operations, and technology stakeholders to resolve migration issues.

Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM/MM implementations, including solution design, migration, configuration, specifications, master data, integrations, testing, reporting, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. The consultant will assess business requirements, develop SAP solutions, prepare test scenarios, facilitate UAT, and engage stakeholders throughout transformation projects.

Supports the insurance consulting team with business analysis, process improvement, research, benchmarking, deliverable preparation, project coordination, meeting documentation, testing, proposal development, and internal knowledge initiatives across transformation engagements in Southeast Asia.

Supports customer experience consulting engagements through business analysis, process improvement research, requirements documentation, presentation development, project coordination, CRM configuration, data migration, testing, validation, market research, and proposal preparation. The intern gains exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, system integrations, data flows, and consulting methodologies while working collaboratively with consultants across Southeast Asia projects.
