Own the end-to-end Web3 trading experience across product, growth, and UX. Define the roadmap, prioritize features, conduct user research, optimize funnels and trading workflows, and lead products through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Partner with Design, UX, Engineering, and other teams to deliver high-quality experiences that increase activation, engagement, retention, trading volume, and competitiveness. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.

Research Singapore and Australian equities, ETFs, options, futures, derivatives, and global opportunities. Provide tailored investment advisory, asset allocation, trade execution support, and market guidance to HNW clients. Create market commentary, educational materials, investment strategies, and training for Relationship Managers. Curate products aligned with client risk profiles and the firm’s house view, while developing client segmentation, service models, and engagement plans across Singapore and Australia.

Process and settle securities trades across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and funds; monitor settlement failures; reconcile trades, positions, and transactions; process corporate actions and asset transfers; coordinate with brokers, custodians, clearing houses, and counterparties; maintain documentation and regulatory reports; support audits, system monitoring, UAT, and process improvements.

Support KYC and CDD processes for individual and corporate clients by reviewing documentation, performing name screening, investigating alerts, assisting periodic reviews, and completing ad hoc compliance tasks to mitigate regulatory and integrity risks.

Produce market insights and investment research across U.S. and Singapore equities, macroeconomics, and key themes. Create market outlooks, commentaries, and thought leadership for retail and private wealth clients. Deliver investor education events, act as media spokesperson, collaborate with regional teams, and contribute Singapore-focused equity research, IPO assessments, and regional market analysis to support client acquisition and retention.

Support Finance & Risk with monthly management accounts, revenue and expense reconciliations, capital and liquidity monitoring, client money and settlement reconciliations, regulatory (MAS) reporting support, and audit preparation.

Provide daily administrative and facilities support, coordinate vendors and procurement, manage mail and deliveries, assist with events, travel arrangements, records, and reports, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Lead partnership and KOL collaborations to drive user acquisition and brand awareness in Singapore. Source, negotiate, and manage channel partners; plan and optimize online/offline campaigns; guide co-branded content production; use data analytics to track performance and improve ROI; support cross-functional marketing initiatives and explore new growth opportunities.

Manage and grow relationships with priority clients, handle account opening and inquiries, recommend wealth products, provide telemarketing outreach, and coordinate with marketing and internal teams to meet sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance.

The Relationship Manager will prospect and maintain relationships with Private Wealth clients, implement growth initiatives, and achieve sales targets while providing tailored solutions and advice.
