Own the end-to-end Web3 trading experience across product, growth, and UX. Define the roadmap, prioritize features, conduct user research, optimize funnels and trading workflows, and lead products through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Partner with Design, UX, Engineering, and other teams to deliver high-quality experiences that increase activation, engagement, retention, trading volume, and competitiveness. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
Own the end-to-end trading experience for the Web3 business, with responsibility spanning the trading product, growth, and UX.
Develop a deep understanding of the trading needs and behaviors of different user segments, and translate these insights into product strategies that improve the platform’s trading experience, drive user activation, engagement, and retention, increase trading volume, and strengthen market competitiveness.
- Manage the overall trading experience and UX, including product design, interaction flows, and front-end features.
- Define and execute the product roadmap across trading, growth, and UX, prioritize features, and drive core business objectives that support trading growth.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from user research and solution design through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and convert insights into actionable product improvements that reduce friction and improve adoption, engagement, and trading activity.
- Work closely with Design, UX, Engineering, and other teams to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery.
- Track leading trading platforms, conduct regular competitive analysis, and stay current with industry trends and market developments.
Requirements
- Product management experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or trading-related products.
- Strong understanding of trading products and the needs and behaviors of different trader segments.
- Experience driving product-led growth through funnel optimization, feature adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong UX judgment, with the ability to translate complex trading workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing products from research and planning through development and launch.
- Strong user-research, competitive-analysis, and product-planning capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
