Lead end-to-end Workday Financial (and HCM) implementations, manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain client relationships, mentor team members, translate business requirements to system requirements, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, risk, and budget.

The Workday Consultant will oversee the implementation of Workday HCM projects, manage client deliverables, provide subject matter expertise, and guide colleagues while ensuring adherence to project scope and quality standards.

Administer Singapore payrolls, support client engagement and go-lives, maintain client solution documentation and DWIs, resolve technical/functional issues, manage legislation roadmap, support year-end, identify upsell opportunities, train and coach team members, and drive process improvements and compliance with security standards.
