Lead full-spectrum finance for Lendlease REIT including accounting, tax, treasury, risk and reporting. Supervise finance team, manage monthly close, board/SGX reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audits, internal controls, tax filings, cashflow and hedging, lender reporting and refinancing support, and assist CFO on acquisitions, divestments and equity raising.
