Lead end-to-end proposal and bid activities for APAC, managing commercial risk, contract negotiation, approvals, order booking and handover, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to secure profitable, executable business.

Develop, industrialize, and globalize machining and tooling processes for gas turbine repair and new-unit production. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver machining solutions, ensure quality and productivity, design or procure tooling, support equipment upgrades, conduct cost/benefit analysis, apply CAD/CAM and machine programming, and drive lean process improvements to meet service and NPI program schedules.
