Provides technical ownership for Dyson digital motor products across NPI, component qualification, manufacturing stabilization, quality, reliability, cost reduction, and complex issue resolution. Leads end-to-end supply chain planning and warehouse operations for an advanced manufacturing site. Responsibilities include demand and capacity planning, inventory and material readiness, supplier quality, chemical and adhesive storage, warehouse safety, logistics resilience, Lean optimization, ISO audit readiness, ERP/MRP/WMS accuracy, and team leadership. The role oversees planners, buyers, and warehouse teams while ensuring compliant, traceable, and uninterrupted material flow to production.
