Lead end-to-end HR for Singapore and Malaysia, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, payroll oversight, compliance, talent development, engagement, HRIS maintenance, and HR operations improvements.

Lead and perform end-to-end internal audits across Singapore, Malaysia, and China. Design audit plans, test controls, document findings, prepare clear audit reports, monitor remediation and follow-ups, manage outsource/co-source partners, conduct special investigations, and travel regionally to engage stakeholders and drive operational improvements.

Lead enterprise strategy efforts across Asia, conducting market and competitive analysis, building business cases and financial models, supporting investment due diligence, driving strategy execution and KPIs, and partnering with senior stakeholders and country leaders to align and implement strategic initiatives.
