Maintain client communication, translate client needs into briefs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Write and supervise creative social content with Art Directors, produce copy across social, content, film, PR and innovation, ensure high-quality creative delivery, collaborate with internal/external teams, and support award and business growth efforts.

Support influencer engagement and content creation across platforms: research and vet creators, handle outreach and relationship management, coordinate deliverables, create and edit social-first photos/videos, write captions, track campaign performance, and support creator events and initiatives.
