Develop and maintain high-performance, automated exchange trading systems using primarily C++ and Python. Responsibilities span processing market data, dispatching orders, designing infrastructure, selecting hardware, optimizing system performance, and addressing time-sensitive production issues. The role also includes independent software design, complex project delivery, and potential work with FPGA and GPU technologies in a Linux environment.

Own real-time supervision of XTX's automated trading engines: monitor performance, diagnose anomalies, respond to incidents, coordinate interventions, provide evidence-based feedback to research and engineering, and improve monitoring/control tools. Cover APAC market hours with shift work and ensure clear handovers and post-event notes to prevent repeat incidents.

Manage and deploy physical datacentre infrastructure, overseeing projects, server integration, and infrastructure support while ensuring low-latency operations.
