Owns People Operations across APAC, including Singapore payroll, immigration, employment contracts, employee lifecycle support, office operations, vendor management, compliance, and HR reporting. The role partners with Finance, Legal, and Compliance across jurisdictions, while improving and automating fragmented processes. It also contributes to global People Operations projects and independently manages workstreams in a fast-growing, regulated fintech and digital assets environment.

Configure and maintain identity, endpoint, SaaS, and cloud security platforms across the organization. Manage vendor evaluations, procurement, contracts, renewals, and negotiations. Translate IT Operations needs into tooling and configuration decisions, independently lead projects, participate in on-call support, and collaborate with senior management and wider IT teams in a regulated environment.
