The Field Automation Scientist (FAS) will provide post-sales support for workflow automation solutions, troubleshoot and enhance customer workflows, install instruments, and train customers. This role involves maintaining expert knowledge of products, providing technical support, engaging in pre-sales activities, and traveling to customer sites primarily in Japan.
