Own BitGo Singapore’s end-to-end client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and offboarding. Manage complex cases, queues, escalations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while balancing regulatory, commercial, and client-experience needs. Improve workflows, controls, quality assurance, service-level frameworks, and onboarding metrics. Support audits and regulatory examinations, remediate findings, and mentor an Onboarding Associate while remaining hands-on.

Lead technical pre- and post-sales engagements across APAC: deliver demos, workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and executive presentations.
