Partner with payroll vendors, Finance, Legal, and regional People teams to maintain accurate, scalable processes. Improve SOPs, controls, workflows, reporting, and automation while supporting a growing, fast-changing organization.

Own Airwallex’s global payroll tax strategy, governance, compliance, controls, and operating framework across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee withholding, employer contributions, benefits-in-kind, equity compensation, reconciliations, statutory filings, audits, vendors, and year-end reporting. Partner with payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and mobility teams on entity launches and employment changes. Improve data quality, standardize processes, identify anomalies, and automate payroll tax calculations and reporting while advising senior stakeholders.

Own Airwallex’s APAC market expansion from opportunity sizing and licensing strategy through product readiness, operational launch, and commercial scale-up. Lead executive decisions, cross-functional governance, launch readiness, risk mitigation, and operating-model design. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations while developing AI-assisted tools and processes to automate research, reporting, and dependency management. Support additional CEO Office strategic initiatives as needed.

Support Airwallex’s expansion into new APAC markets by evaluating market-entry strategies, licensing and entity structures, product readiness, operating models, launch governance, and executive investment decisions. Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations. Build AI-assisted tools, dashboards, and processes to standardize launches, track risks, and manage dependencies. Contribute to broader CEO Office strategic initiatives and special projects.

Lead Airwallex’s APAC partnerships strategy, managing major existing and prospective partnerships, executive relationships, due diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as the regional partnerships expert and primary liaison to the APAC General Manager, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Monitor the competitive landscape, advise executive leadership, develop industry relationships, and lead diverse specialist teams to deliver strategic partner outcomes.

Lead Airwallex’s APAC strategic partnerships strategy, manage high-value existing and prospective partner relationships, and own executive-level engagement. Coordinate due diligence and project-manage cross-functional commercial, product, and systems assessments. Advise regional leadership on competitive positioning and partnership recommendations, support alignment with APAC commercial objectives, and represent the company as an industry and regional expert.

Support Singapore’s outbound sales team by managing sales operations projects, territory and vertical planning, forecasting, process optimization, CRM workflows, and performance analysis. Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Strategy teams to execute outbound campaigns, improve pipeline generation, nurture prospect relationships, and increase operational scalability and efficiency.
