The role requires consulting expertise, strong analytics, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for payments and retail banking markets.

Leads Mastercard’s Asia Pacific customer engagement and performance strategy across fraud, compliance, transaction processing, and payment risk. Manages a distributed franchise team, oversees customer reviews and risk training, addresses vulnerabilities, supports stakeholder and law-enforcement engagement, identifies risk-services sales opportunities, and develops customer relationships. The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, extensive payments or risk experience, and periodic regional travel.

Leads Mastercard franchise innovation across Asia Pacific by developing new payment products, business models, customer solutions, and technology-enabled product flows. Drives strategy for account payments, digital assets, CBDCs, identity, and open banking while addressing licensing, compliance, rules, standards, and brand integrity.
