Supports semiconductor process and equipment performance at customer sites. Installs, diagnoses, services, and repairs complex systems; develops and optimizes processes; designs experiments; analyzes process data statistically; prepares technical reports; troubleshoots issues; performs root-cause analysis; and resolves customer product problems. The role requires daily cleanroom engagement, strong stakeholder communication, and collaboration with customers and internal R&D teams.

Supports development, characterization, and optimization of thin-film deposition processes for advanced semiconductor packaging. The intern conducts wafer processing experiments, analyzes process and metrology data, characterizes film properties, troubleshoots process and equipment issues, performs root-cause analysis, documents results, and presents findings. The role collaborates with process, hardware, manufacturing, and product engineering teams while gaining hands-on experience in semiconductor process development and advanced packaging technologies.
