Position Summary

The Change Management Program Manager will lead organizational change initiatives that support the growth, scalability, and operational effectiveness of the SPO Central Operations organization. This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, organizational structures, and business initiatives by developing and executing structured change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for business transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of organizational, process, and technology changes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Identify key stakeholders and assess readiness, influence, risks, and engagement needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Corporate Functions.

Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that create awareness and promote adoption.

Organizational Readiness & Training

  • Assess organizational readiness for upcoming changes.
  • Identify capability gaps and training needs.

Adoption & Sustainability

  • Monitor adoption metrics and employee engagement indicators.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess effectiveness.

Governance & Program Support

  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns related to change initiatives.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, PMO, or Program Management.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Preferred

  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Experience in a technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or operations environment.
  • Experience supporting organizational scaling, shared services, or central operations transformations.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
