The Customer Engineer Manager manages customer relationships, oversees engineers, ensures effective problem-solving, and handles financial forecasting and system installations.

Leads site-level service operations and P&L for customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, workforce capability, strategy alignment, and delivery of complex service commitments. Interfaces with senior stakeholders, sets performance metrics, and directs managers to solve high-value operational problems.

Design and analyze complex engineering experiments, troubleshoot process issues, measure film properties, and lead project teams while communicating with customers.
