Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and analyzes cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements.  
  • Perform big data analysis and derive actionable insights, followed by production implementation in collaboration with multiple business functions.
  • Propose Optimal approach with thorough impact quantification while reviewing business requirements
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Define the most effective control mechanisms to capture process anomalies and gaps while using advance analytics.
  • Chance to gain hands-on experience, acquire professional skills, and be mentored by senior team members.
  • Work with SAP and other internal organizational information systems.

What you should have?

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
  • 0-1 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and SQL.
  • Ability to gain cooperation of others, collaborate and lead complex interfaces with no authority.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and critically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage long-term projects while maintaining high-quality daily execution.
