Drives go-to-market strategy, customer adoption, demand generation, and portfolio growth for centrifuge products across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, customer visits, pipeline and revenue planning, pricing, sales enablement, product launches, lifecycle management, demonstrations, training, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, technical support, service, and distributors. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Senior FP&A role supporting Southeast Asia: manage full P&L, lead STRAP/AOP/forecasting cycles, deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, analyze SFDC pipeline, manage working capital and sales commission accruals, build reporting templates and dashboards (Hyperion/SAP/Power BI), partner with commercial and accounting teams, and drive process improvements to support profitable growth.

Support regional sales performance through SFDC hygiene, pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial reporting. Provide technical sales expertise for Environmental and Process Monitoring instruments, develop key account relationships, deliver demonstrations and training, meet sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and support revenue growth across assigned territory with 25-50% travel.
