Track demand vs. supply, lead debottlenecking and escalation, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, support ramp readiness, and build dashboards and playbooks to improve supplier resilience and response times.

Manage and coordinate regional installations of semiconductor capital equipment: schedule installation engineers, oversee shipments and warranty starts, drive escalations, ensure installation quality and timeliness, validate tool performance with customers and channel partners, and develop KPIs to track installation progress.

Provide high-level applications support for KLA FaST metrology products: lead product introductions, characterize tools, develop recipes, support and escalate field issues, train customers, produce BKMs, run demos/H2H tests, and publish technical results.
