Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex system integration issues on an optical wafer inspection tool
  • Develop product specifications based on system requirement
  • Involve in product development through release and will be encouraged to foster his/her technical solution
  • Provide feedback on design changes by working closely with Development Engineering teams (Mechanical Engineering. Electrical Engineering., and Software Engineering) and creating ECO and documentation as needed
  • Provide fix support on field customer concerns for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth design know-how on the product and support beta testing at customer sites
  • Reviewing marketing requirements, develop system critical design specifications and design test methods

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields with 2 or more years of experience in System Engineering
  • Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use a variety of precision testing and measuring Instruments
  • Must possess strong solving and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis
  • In-depth understanding of optical, mechanical, electrical, and software components involved in the design and development of optical-based, semiconductor inspection equipment or equivalent is a plus
  • Expected to travel up to 30% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
