Design, develop and integrate multi-disciplinary systems (mechanical, electronic, software). Perform hands-on lab development, subsystem integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and onsite customer integration/support. Coordinate schedules to minimize downtime, provide customer orientation and technical training, prepare field service reports, and document recurring issues for cross-functional teams.

The Technical Lead will oversee in-fab repair projects, manage escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and author engineering deliverables, ensuring efficient equipment operations for semiconductor tools.

The Manufacturing Design Engineer will troubleshoot systems, analyze data, handle experiments, and design optical-based semiconductor inspection equipment while managing projects and collaborating with teams.

Lead product introduction and provide pre/post-sales application support for semiconductor metrology. Conduct on-site investigations with customers, analyze data to identify root causes of patterning errors, design process tool control solutions, develop documentation and training, and work hands-on with KLA metrology systems and software.

Lead product marketing for LS-SWIFT wafer inspection/metrology products: define product strategy and requirements, manage lifecycles and pricing, conduct market and competitive research, develop go-to-market plans, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and sales, support global sales channels, and manage personnel to execute product plans and drive customer adoption.

Manage product configuration specifications and maintain sales order accuracy (>95%). Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and VC Modelers to create and validate PCS, BOMs, and ECOs in SAP. Chair PCS meetings, identify and close configuration gaps, manage backorders and SO change requests, and develop KPIs for configuration accuracy and backorder shipments.

The role involves interfacing with design engineering for new product releases, enhancing designs, troubleshooting, and conducting failure analyses while supporting manufacturing processes.
