The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) configuration accuracy
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics
- Work with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers and VC Modelers etc
- Chair meetings & manage PCS document eg. KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etc
- Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and CO accuracy when ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)
- Work with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate; validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotes
- Chair order review meeting and ensure SO accuracy with correct configuration
- Manage and ensure accuracy of C point database and weekly MRP loading.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience
- Related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management is an advantage
- Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
- Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy
