Serve as a regional HR Business Partner for Thailand, Japan (and China), advising leaders on talent, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, mobility/expatriate programs, payroll governance, compliance with local employment laws, and HR data-driven improvements to the employee experience.
