Lead cross-functional product development teams and collaborate with business, product management, and quality teams. Implement Agile/SAFe principles and focus on competitive benchmarking and budget management.

Manage the design, testing, and supporting of firmware/embedded software applications for Rockwell Automation products. Develop embedded software using C and C++. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Electronic Engineering. Experience with Real Time Operation System, communication protocols, and unit testing. Passion for continuous improvement in embedded design and processes. Basic understanding of secure coding standards and knowledge in functional safety/security development processes.
