Lead procurement and supply chain strategy and transformation projects, design tactical plans, manage project delivery, support business development, and increase firm visibility.

Lead development and delivery of supply chain and procurement transformation projects. Advise clients on sourcing, demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, distribution and logistics, process re-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives. Provide client management, hands-on leadership and mentoring, develop practice thought leadership, and act as subject-matter expert in one or more supply chain disciplines.

Lead sub-projects within client engagements to design and implement supply chain process improvements and technical solutions. Identify client needs, provide strategic SCM consultation, develop cross-functional solutions, support senior staff, and manage junior team members to improve planning, network design, forecasting, and cost performance.

Short paid internship (2–3 months) where interns work on real client projects or business development, are mentored by consultants, receive orientation, and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.

Support deployment and improvement of supply chain processes for a first-tier automotive supplier. Lead supply chain teams, identify improvement areas, run review meetings, support operational adoption of best practices, and establish KPIs for forecast, fulfillment, inventory, scheduling, planning, distribution and logistics.

Drive regional business development by researching markets, sourcing and screening deals, negotiating and closing contracts, coordinating integration with operations, and maintaining client relationships to meet sales targets.
